Watching Neil Armstrong walk on the moon on a black and white TV in the mess hall long after taps. The entire camp was there.

I see you already found the ning website. I hope you enjoy the trip down memory lane and can add to the photo's and stories already here. I was born in 55 and went to Miller from 63 or 64 through 70. Then Miller-Hagan from 71-73 as Staff. We would have been at Miller at the same time. I have vivid memories of the Moon walk as well.
Very glad to see you here. By the way, most of the Best all Round camper plaques still exist at Bear Creek Camp. They are pictured here. You will find me in the Senior area in 1968.
