A little background for the last 35+ years?

I graduated from Slippery Rock with a BS in Recreation and not wanting to get a job went to Penn State for a MS in Therapeutic Recreation. The camp life helped me chose my career. I have worked as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in nursing homes since graduating. I have two grown children, boy and girl, whose camp experience was lacking the Miller-Hagan connection. I've been back to the Hagan site a number of times.


Favorite Camp memory?

The last night of camp and placing the candles in the river, singing. But, it was the best way to spend a summer.

     Kitty, Thanks for the update on Maryjane. I'd love to give her a hello should you come across her address or hear from her again. I'll see what I can do about posting some pic's. The one with you both at Shantytown is great! As I was going through my Hagan scrapbook last night I came across two newspaper articles I had from the Reading Eagle. One was a picture of Marty Conboy with the Gov. Mifflin women's basketball team and the other one was a picture of the new band uniforms for Conrad Weiser HS worn by none other than Kitty Kintzer! What a blast..:)
